StaffCo Direct are operating as an employment business and actively recruiting for Class 1 drivers for a company based in Scarborough.
New Pass & LTD Drivers Welcome!!
We are looking for highly motivated day and night Class 1 driver with valid licenses, who can take on the company’s ethos and assist us in the support of our client’s day-to-day operation.
Remuneration (LTD RATES):
Monday to Friday Days - £18.50
Monday to Friday Nights - £19.50
Saturday - £19.50
Sunday - £21.25
Responsibilities:
- This will involve delivering curtainside trailers nationwide.
- Some drops may include handball however most are forklift off.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays
- Start times between 05:00 & 09:00 + 16:00 & 20:00
Experience/Skills & Competencies:
- HGV1/ LGV1 UK-issued License is required (Must have license for at least 3 months)
- Current and Valid CPC and Digi Tacho
- No more than 6 penalty points (no IN DR or DD codes)
- Experience driving container loaded trailers
- Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
- Great communication skills
- Professional attitude
